I loved staying at this hotel because it was just a short walk to iconic spots like the Empire State Building, which is only about 1 km away, and I could easily stroll to Times Square in under 20 minutes, making my weekend adventures all the more enjoyable. it's perfect for walking enthusiasts like me who want to soak in the city's vibrant atmosphere.

The staff's friendliness, particularly from the concierge who arranged a lovely room upgrade and welcomed us in Spanish, made our stay even more special. However, the room was a bit smaller than expected, and the bathroom, while well-maintained, felt cramped compared to the rest of the space. Overall, the Italian restaurant on-site served delicious food, particularly the pizza, which was a highlight of our stay.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved checking out the vibe at Times Square and catching some cool tennis players at Louis Armstrong Stadium. The hotel was a perfect spot for us, close to yummy restaurants, and the staff was super helpful. Be prepared though, no coffee machines in the room!

The heater was pretty noisy, which made it hard to sleep at times. Bring earplugs because it gets loud outside, especially on weekends.

The Superior Queen Room I stayed in had a super comfy bed, perfect for resting after a busy day. However, I faced some issues with the air conditioning. it made a loud noise that was disruptive. The room felt a bit small, and I noticed some maintenance problems. the wallpaper was coming off, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved. I also had to wait longer than expected for room service, which took over an hour. The additional resort fee felt excessive given the limited amenities included. Despite the lovely location and friendly staff, the noisy air conditioning and cleanliness issues were disappointing. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel for its charm and location, but improvements in maintenance and service are needed.
