The Hotel has an excellent location. 2 Blocks away from the subway, Starbucks and a nice bakery to have lunch right around the corner and good price. The room is okay, a bit small if you have lots of luggage ( as I did), but the bed was confy, the bathroom is modern, clean and nice shower to relax after walking all day long around the city. The front desk employees are proactives, friendly ( except the girl in the night shift and the bellboy). Overwiew: Me and my mom enjoyed our stay at Thirty- Thirty and I highly recommend the hotel if you're looking for fair rates ofr the service offered.

Very good and nice room for your money! Bathroom was clean, new and modern (like the bedroom) and relatively large. The bedroom is a bit more tightly spaced, but adequate. Would definitely stay again. Convenient central location too. Recommendable!
Staff was a bit stressed and/or chaotic at times. Maybe a bit understaffed or inefficiently managed? They were friendly enough though and we experienced no problems, so really not a lot to clomplain about.

central hub for parks and landmarks in new york city
I loved staying at this hotel because it was just a short walk to iconic spots like the Empire State Building, only about 1 km away, and I could easily stroll to Times Square in under 20 minutes. It's perfect for walking enthusiasts like me who want to soak in the city's vibrant atmosphere.

The location is amazing....2min walk from Empire State Building and 10 mins from Times square! Our room was basic but fine for the little time we spent there and it was cleaned every day.

Individual and absolutely charming units with a pull-out couch, cupcakes, for instance. Marvellous location in the lovely area, not far from for fun, the LIRR trains go to-and-from JFK airport, and the coffee shop.

great location but small rooms
The staff were friendly. Daily room cleaning ensured we had fresh towels and a tidy environment for our family.
The rooms felt quite cramped for a family with children.

The Redbury offers a great location with a charming retro vibe. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was impressive. The air conditioning was loud, and there were issues with the reception that put a damper on the experience.

Location close to %th Avenue
The room is too dark - because of renovation the window is constantly blind

Location! If u want to travel around the main attractions and shop in Macy's, Forever 21, Footlocker etc, u should live there! Hotel room is very clean and quiet. Beds are very comfortable.
The price is relatively very high according to the attitudes of staff there. There are no coffee machine, free access to internet. The worst is the staff sereves very very badly. I hate this hotel!

missingWrote a review on 19 Augconvenient locationfunctional layoutsnoisy air conditioning
The rooms, though a bit tight for a family of four, feature functional layouts that make the best use of space. The hotel sits conveniently close to subway stations, with access to NYC's tourist hotspots.
Rooms are a mixed bag-some furniture seems dated and carpets show signs of wear, which can dampen the mood. The air conditioning units in my rooms were quite loud. Limited space also made moving around challenging, especially with a family. Plus, the fridge was broken and sat uselessly in a wardrobe. With all that, basic cleanliness could use attention, such as bathrooms not quite meeting expectations.
